Dota2 long queue time

Came back to dota after breaking for 4 years decided to created a new account. Average queue time is 30mins and get matched with the same people quit often. At first I thought because dota2 losing players and I queue on a low pop server (Australia) then I have a chance to play with my old friend. While queueing with him he complained about how long it took then I asked how long does it usuall take and he said 5-10 mins. I didnt believe him until he proved it by queueing solo and it was true.

What is matchmaking trying to do with my account? I just want to know the reasons.
If it is because of new account how much I need to play more to fix this problem? I already spend a lot of money buying costumes and leveling up battlepass so I don't want my account to have this kind of issue

Behavior score is 10000 and yeah this acc is gonna be my new main acc

Try other server, perhaps? Like SEA or Japan server?

Here same problem... i am new to game and queue time for 1 hour and dont find a game... sometimes find and some player decline and we back to wait 1 hour again...dota 2 just unninstaled i am only in tibia now ;P ( i went play dota 2 but cant wait 1 hour+ for each game , so i give up )
