if you still end up vs OD, try to pick a high regen hero, or one that has Lingering AOE abilities that allow you to clear waves and pressure the lane.(viper for example). Some heroes are just too strong to 1v1 them in the laning stage with OD ranging on the top 10 of that list(if hes not hardcountered or makes horrible mistakes), you have to play around it, or play with risk hoping for the OD to make a mistake. Also, if you have a strong early game hero, try to force fights early with OD, before he is lvl 2 and has his Astral+Rightclick ability. If you throw him off of his item timings, he'll have troubles with HP regeneration n ♥♥♥♥. so an early gank by your support might help

As soon as you have eul he cant combo you anymore. as he have no wave clearing skills he also have problems when line is pushed into him.
