If you trade in items from third-party websites not affiliated or supported by Valve, and obtain items that were scammed, stolen or otherwise obtained fraudulently then you are responsible for them and you can be punished for accepting fraudulently obtained items. Valve does not support these websites, use of them is entirely at your own risk.
Lol, I like how you just gloss over all that. But to answer your question, the item is still going to come from a Steam account as a user to user trade. Whatever restrictions are in place for any other trade are going to be in place for these trades as well.
Bud, the website doesn't matter. It's still a user to user trade. You're not getting the item from the website. You're getting the item from another user, it might be a bot account but it's still a user. So again, whatever restrictions would apply in a normal trade will apply to these trades as well. Certain items haven't different trade restrictions. Whatever those restrictions are will still apply to these trades.
If the item would have a 7 day trading restriction in a normal trade between two users then it would still have a 7 day trading restriction if bought from a third-party website because it's still going to result in a trade between two users.
Certain items go on 7 day trade restriction once traded between two users or bought from in-game. It depends on the game and it depends on the specific item. Certain items may have no trading restrictions and certain items may have longer trade restriction periods.
You can be tradebanned, temporarily or permanently and/or have fraudulent items removed without refund.
Here's one example and there are a gajillion more threads just like this it. The user is still tradebanned too.
