how do i give feedback to dota2

i want to say that the game is relatively okay despite having nerfs of my heroes but i really want to put light is that the low priority system. I have good conduct, is just that there are times i have to leave the game or most of the time either of these 2: power outage ( i wouldn't play if i knew that) or the game just crash. The 5 minutes is not long time to reconnect. I know it might be unfair to the other players but most of the time it is unfair for me. For something that i didn't plan on disconnecting, what the ♥♥♥♥ happened to the 1 abandon = 1 warning basis?and 2 abandon= lp
how come it has become 1abandon = straight lp. its very sad that i can't enjoy the game anymore since im stuck in lp. bring it back please

they say that 1 abandoned game will not put me in low prio but there was this game where the internet went out briefly for 3 minutes and i couldn't reconnect because of the loading screen. I have been playing 50+ low prio since there are times i just can't reconnect to the game in time.

Yes that system may suck for you, but in hindsight it benefits other people, since it punishes people, which abadon on purpose. Yes it sucks for you that it punishes you for something which is out of your control but the system just works like this. Ive went through this kind of hell myself and my only advice is that you should get a better PC.

Five minutes is more than enough time to reconnect. If we made it longer it would ruin the game for others.

1 abandon will not give you LP. Stacking abandons or abandons + reports will get you LP. If you have to change your username to "PleasePauseifiDisconnect" (which it currently is) then I'm just going to make a *wild guess* that you are getting waaay too many DCs and abandons. You have stacked multiple abandons in your current reporting period. You have already burned through your grace abandon.
