People will even deny this is no cheat script and there is no such thing as cheat in dota 2. So, can anyone explain what is this in the picture I'm sharing?

Visible to Enemy ESP (displays an effect on your hero if you can be seen by the enemy, even if you don't have vision of what's seeing you)
XP Monitor (shows how many enemies are around a creep that was killed)

The core features are coded in pure C++ for maximum speed.

The cheat comes with a Humanizer which makes the camera hack and automation features look more legit in replays, as well as emulates mouse movement (not visible to the end user).

There are a lot of bots in Dire Tide.

No one is denying that cheaters, botters, and scripters exist. However, your forum crusade doesn't accomplish anything. VALVE ALREADY KNOWS. Report the offender's profile for hacking and move on.

There are hacks in Dota, I remember someone posting an image of someone who had the screen zoomed out, so he could watch so much more of the game map.

You dumb sucker don't even know what cheating means.
1. Gold exploit.
2. Exp exploit.
3. Attack speed exploit.
4. Attack damage exploit.
5. Item duplication exploit to sell and gain gold.
6. Buy back exploit.
7. Input blocking.(Most memorable is Artour crying, "MY KEYS DIDN"T WORK. I WAS SPAMMING IT LIKE HELL).
8. Invisibility exploit. Make invis heros visible if they're in range. etc Dumb and Dumber.

For your information all that which pro use the program which makes your spell visible where you're going to cast it that is the one at the base. With that and with stream admins make use of both to make these exploits or cheat work. So, will Valve ban all pros???

sv_cheats is just the server code that determines if 'cheating' console commands (such as No CD and Infinite Mana) work or not. It's used for debugging the game, private lobbies, and Demo Mode. It can't be enabled in a normal game. You can easily try them yourself by launching into a private lobby with '-console' in your Launch Options.

My thoughts on those exploits? Assuming they actually exist (which I doubt given your 'evidence' consists of a screenshot of the dev console), I don't really care. The only onus for players is to report people you suspect of cheating. Actually punishing the cheaters and coming up with countermeasures is Valve's job. If you have evidence of cheating or cheating / boosting sites, you're welcome to submit it to Valve.

relax , there are playing with scripts ... aaa loooot of them , usually from 3 games one must be with cheaters , when it happens i ve notice something different .. i cannot fill up + talent tree i press but is not growing up the lvl , i will have to disconnect and reconnect again !

Being unable to level talents or something is called a bug. It doesn't mean the heavens are conspiring against you. Dota seems to be having some technical issues over the last year, which isn't great and is a serious failure by Volvo, but it's not a conspiracy to deprive you of MMR.

No one is denying that cheat scripts exist for Dota 2, but there are a lot of people who claim that other players are cheating simply because they don't understand basic game mechanics or they can't possibly fathom the possibility that anyone else could be better than them. Yes, there are some cheaters but everyone who is better than you is not automatically a cheater.
