HOW TO FIX THE RECONNECT PROBLEM?

At the beginning of almost every game i've got to disconnect because the game literally freezes during the hero pick stage, therefore I have to open the console and to type disconnect, after that I just reconnect and everything works fine. HOWEVER, in the last month a problem appeared, after I disconnect, I am trying to reconnect, but the button doesn't work. I am pressing it several times and no effect. Tried to reinstall the game, but no effect. If anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it, please share how u did it. Thanks.

You can try:
1)install latest ethernet driver and chipset driver from motherboard website
2) If you have ryzen, turn on specialized ryzen high performance power plan
3)Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Network Adapters
Right click on network card (Realtek...) -> Properties -> Power Management -> disable (uncheck) Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power -> OK

I''m having this issue very frequently as well. Its getting to a point where me and friends will find a ranked game, and one of us will simply not load in the Hero Select screen,, and the reconnect button does nothing. This is very annoying and punishes us with queue bans and the times keep getting worse. This sucks and its not anyone's fault that I know of.
