Spectre arcana and new hero release date

Hey i just want to know your ideas about the release date of new hero(s) and the Spectre arcana.

In 2018 valve released the rubick arcana then they introduced Mars as a new hero.
And in 2019 snap fire and void spirit released before the ogre magi arcana.

So what do you think? Which will be available first?
As you know when new arcana comes out the price of older arcanas drop to at least 20% so its necessary for me to know what is the exact date of the release so i can buy older arcanas cheaper.

nah, i dont think they will update the map but it would be cool if they do. i still need 10 more heroes in order to finish it.
