Valve can pay people for fake jobs, https://www.valvesoftware.com/en/?job_cat=data-science, why not pay me for overwatch reviews
Well? Pay me now.
You get free cosmetic items and sets simply for playing the game already. That's payment. So according to your logic, you should work for that. But seriously, if you expect to be paid for reviewing Overwatch matches...then don't review Overwatch matches. That's your choice entirely.
BTW., I‘m not sure if Overwatch makes the community better because it’s main purpose is to reduce the rate of falsely banned players (which is detrimental for the available player count) and not to ban negative players more strictly.
To be honest maybe not everyone should be able to use it..
And maybe a control for looking to how people vote on this Owerwatch, to see if they vote yes for players that really deserved it and avoid that innocent players get punished for no reason..
For yourself? Yes. You give out your vote for a real case of abuse/cheating/smurfing. If enough sane people would vote the same, you'll get a reward of understanding that you've made some cheater's/abuser's/smurfer's life miserable.
But, meanwhile let me got a payment worth calling it and progress in different daily and weekly quests somewhere else in the video gaming world.
Oh? I've got plenty of nice sets from free drops. Well, "cough, cough" if that's not really "payment" then reviewing an Overwatch match isn't exactly "worth calling it" a job either.
Overwatch reviewing is clearly 'work' and nothing to do with playing the game
Again, you try to claim that Valve owes you. You get free cosmetics items and sets just for playing Dota 2, so there's your payment. No one is forcing you to review Overwatch matches. In fact, given your game experience, I wouldn't recommend that you do review Overwatch matches.
