What is Dota coordinator? and What does ti do for?

Hi, I might get answer which I don't want to get in here.

But I am curious.

If are there any players who know what coordinator is, plz let me know.

Does it organize packet? or manage library?

I think they just named it coordinator but it's just a server that handles and processes requests between Dota 2 clients and the Valve Servers.
Things like matchmaking, showing account details, showing inventory items, and all the things you can't do in a Dota client when you are not connected to the internet are the things the 'coordinator' do.

coordinator is the system that ties your steam account to your dota2 account. if it malfunctions or is being updated, it cannot log you into the game.
also, simple google search would answer it for you as well.
