Anyone remember the existence of this item?

Yes I do every game but just a little bit of... waste of gold to build it even it offers great survivability and mana restoration I don't know for other players opinion and reason, but for me? I might get other items that equals or have greater mana and life regen instead buying an items cost half of a Bloodstone. It's a mid game item for Midlaner heroes actually but it just keep getting ignore due to other item's popurarity and exact same mechanics that helps every heroes.

It isnt expensive at all
When playing undying for example, all I have to do is disassembling arcane Boots (when purchased) and Drop a little money to maximize the strenght of Soul rip when used on allies.

I do, and get it often on Treant Protector and Dazzle. That healing amp is very nice for supports. A friend of mine that plays IO also enjoys it, for obvious reasons.

I'll experiment this item for Zeus and Pugna. I think it's great since I offlane Pugna and Zeus sometimes.

It's made for healing why you you buy it on Zeus? Even on pugna it's sketchy particularly if you play core. You are more into damage than healing and I don't think it's worth trading aether lens for Holy Locket or buying both.

i used it on oracle once. It was actually pretty good, but the problem is u validate other items higher, so locket would be like 5th-6th slot

If you're not using your ult to casually heal allies as Pugna you're playing the hero wrong in general.

You basically won't rely on that to have a great game of on mid pugna.

Holy Locket can be fine on any other role, but your primary goal should be damage output as a midlaner.

Even as position 4 I would consider holy locket as luxury.

I rarely get it on supports and sometimes on Undying since it's a decent single target alternative to greaves.
