I don't want to sound unfriendly to new players, but...
DotA is not a SUPER easy game.
The blink radius itself is almost an entire screen of range, imagine wanting to blink at full range down in a vertical line with the screen locked... Now imagine trying to control multiple groups of characters such a Meepo, Nature Prophet's Treants, Zet Clones or Enigma's Eidolons (or any ilusion)
I guess locking the screen is just as bad as enabling always auto-attack...
Predicting your enemies next move and planning move queues is way more crucial in this game then any reactive on screen command you may give, just saying.
If you ever really want to improve your skills at DotA I would suggest a real hardcore game to start with, such as Age of Empires 2 - if you ever learn how to play this one you will notice how easy DotA controls actually are..
But yeah, maybe screen lock could be a fun feature for new players or any player trying to play it in a super casual manner (at casual games). We already have auto-attack option enabled anyway, isn't it?

Awww :c
Im learning to play with unlocked camera its hard but Im trying but is it possible to change back to character from clicking space twice to once?
I'm sure the locked/unlocked camera change League feels strange now, but honestly it's a way-better method of playing DotA. If you watch a pro-level match from the player's perspective, you'll see that they are constantly jumping around the map to check on teammates, the enemy, other random stuff going on, etc etc etc. At this point I probably wouldn't be able to deal with the locked Camera in League.
Also just as an FYI, you used to be able to pan the camera further out in DotA with console-commands, but this was considered and exploit and fixed. I don't know exactly how far you can pan out in League, but in DotA being able to shift your limited perspective is absolutely vital when chasing, juking, and teamfighting.
