Incorrect Punishment Recieval

Hello guys, I need some help with my DotA 2 account.
I'm having technical troubles with my internet connection and this is resulting inme recieving abandons for my matches which places me in low priority matchmaking pool.

I have no problem with the dicipline procedures, i personally think that it works and that it's a very good idea. However I disconnected from one match (becuase of my terrible internet connection) I played about 3 - 4 weeks ago and this resulted in me obtaining an abandon which then forced me to play a gamemode called Single Draft, i could not of returned to this match to continue my progress (that was still going on)..

I needed to achieve 6 victories inorder to return to normal matchmaking pools and other gamemodes.. I then eventually worked my way down and now I only needed 1 more win inorder for me to return to normal gamemodes. I found a match and I selected accept only to be greeted by a blackscreen with gamertags at the top of my desktop's screen indicating that i'm still loading (orange loading bar under my gamertag).

This continued for atleast 8 mins or so until I finally suceeded in returning into a functioning DotA 2 .exe allowing me to load the match that I was in (It told me to reconnect or I'll recieve an abandon, so I did and it lead to me discovering that the match was already plus minus 3:48 min into the game. I then decided to change my graphics (so that I don't get lagged out of the game causing another abandon which I seriously don't want !!) which then kicked me out of the DotA 2 .exe and i then had to repeat the connection process.. no notification was given to me stating that I have abandoned the match.

I then reconnected to the same match for the second time around, by this time the match was about 7 - 8 mins in and I was lvl 1 and the other people were lvl 6 and 12.. This all happened because of the blackscreen I experienced.

We then had ourselves a plus minus 1 hour match which was very balanced and fun.. my team lost however. When I left the game (this is allowed after a team wins) i was greeted by an overall summary saying that I had to many abandons and that I now have to once again complete 6 more single draft matches in the low-priority pool inorder for me to return to normal matchmaking pools, and I am very unhappy about it because I did nothing wrong.

How could I abandon a match which I finished playing straight through to the end and clicked the disconnect button which pops up after a team wins and recieve another punishment of 6 low priority single draft games..

Please can you guys help me out !! I'm really shocked and disappointed.. I worked hard to work 5 matches off.. and now I have to do 6 more and i'm innocent..

Well, there's no workaround with that.
Steam support do not overturn matchmaking penalties.
Best option to avoid low prio is to play when you acquire a better PC.
If you keep playing with what you have now, I am afraid you'll get more penalties.
IMHO, if they will be lenient on you due to your circumstances, anyone can just do the same and claim innocence then avoid the ban which will be problematic in the long run.

Why even bother to play a online game if you know that your connection is that bad... Do you know how much people hate it when 9 players que up and after 1 minute of waiting the last person doesnt connect... Get yourself some better internet and you'll be fine.
