UNABLE TO PING ANY REGION. PLDT ULTERA

I dont know what to do. Im experiencing this issue for about one week and Im freaking out. My internet connection is stable I can surf the browser without any problem,b ut my Dota2 app cant ping any region. I even tried to create a new account but its still the same. Please help me to fix this. I tried everything disabling the firewall, watched vidoes on youtube and everything but I can't fix it. Please help me.

PLDT daw yung may problema eh pero yung ibang location ayus na daw. wait nalang tayo bro hahaha

contact your ISP and check to make sure their side is not having internet connection server overload.

the problem your having is not cause by valve nor dota 2.

it is your country never bother to upgrade their entire country's internet connection to be better.

Yeah because internet connection in the philippines sucks.

i highly suspect it is ISP server overload.

this occurs before in malaysia on certain games and they can only play that certain games from X time to Y time.

so if that is really occuring for your, then try playing dota 2 when most people in your country are asleep.

if most of philipines sleeps at 10 pm, then try playing after that time.
