Why is there no item sets for Jakiro?

I don't know- I'm sure if they put him on the workshop people would be creative enough to invent some. I'm guessing it's one of those things that takes a dedicated effort and Valve doesn't consider much of a priority right now.

Skins make heroes much more popular.

Valv just don't have time to waste, they need more munny so they focus on Juggernaut, Invoker, etc.

They just have too much cosmetic running around, others are gonna be shunned.

Not to mention Jugg Arcana coming, and he just had a new Ultra Rare Set in 2016 Fall Treasure II, that looks pretty badass. Now, it sells like Arcana, so how much does Jugg Arcana cost and how should it look like!?

You mean other than "Valve hasn't done it yet"? No, not that we know of.

Personally I think his whole model needs to be revamped, and I hope that they will eventually release a new model and a set at the same time, like they did for Zeus.
