[BUG] Manta Style vs. Disruptor's Glimpse
So just to be clear on the rules, abilities that can't be dispelled shouldn't be affected by Basic Dispels. Earlier this afternoon, I was noticing that as I played Disruptor, I would use Glimpse (W) to try to send the enemy Spectre back. Well, lo and behold, Spectre would use Manta Style (Basic Dispel) to negate the effect of Glimpse (which explicitly states that it cannot be dispelled) every damned time I would use the ability on her. IDK about you but that's exploiting a bug, since Manta Style clearly states that it's a Basic Dispel and should have no effect on purging the debuff from Glimpse.

This isn't even close to a bug. You seem to be fixated on the wrong mechanic. He isn't dodging you Glimpse because of the Manta dispel, he's using the split second of being invulnerable when you use Manta. It's referred to as a "Manta dodge".

The hidden status still counts as dispelling the effect, though, without directly being a dispel. For all intents and purposes, it's still an active purge on an otherwise undispellable ability, but through a different status effect. Wouldn't be that much different if we were to say that Reaper's Scythe can be dodged using the same item. It's still a status effect and, based on your logic, Manta can be used to avoid it.

Except Reaper's Scythe makes it literally impossible for you to use items since it stuns you before anything else happens.

Also here are the the spells/item that can be used to dodge glimpse

Manta Style does 2 things:

1. It dispels basics stuff, like silence etc.
2. It creates 2 illusions of yourself.

The 1st point does not made the Spec dispel your glimpse. But during activating Manta itll displace the hero for a short amount of time and then creating the illusions. This is most likely impossible to get off consistently since the timing is super tight. It might just been luck, but its not a bug.

You can look on debuff icon of glimpse on your hero and perfectly time the manta dodges.

Manta give basic dispel and make you invul and hidden for like .1 sec. In that time frame nothing can effect them unless they can bypass invul and hidden.

Glimpse can move invuln and hidden targets, the part that allows Manta to be unaffected is the fact that it makes you spell immune during that time as well.

That's the thing, though. Every single time I used Glimpse on the Spectre, they'd almost immediately use Manta to clear the debuff. Glimpse's dispel rule is explicit: "Cannot be dispelled," and yet Manta acts like the perfect debuffer against the ability.

It's very hard to pull off.
There is a thing called invulnerability in Dota 2 (it's like Puck Phase shift and Riki Tricks of the Trade), Manta got a 0.1 sec invulnerability, so that guy needs to be a pro with heroes that use Manta.

At Crusader level, I doubt he can pull it off like that consistently unless 1) he knows that Manta can dispel Glimpse before the effect wears off when it shouldn't or 2) he's using a script so that Manta can consistently avoid the effect. If either case is true, then it's still technically cheating.

You will be surpriced what Crusader lvl's can do, Herald and Guardian are the bad players and Crusader and Archon are the normal players, above are the meta players (normal players that play only the meta heroes), pro players and team players (4 a 5 man party's).

I would say he’s probably using scripts as he would be using his manta when the opportunity came up from the cool down.
You should be checking replays because cheaters are rife in dota2 valve are not good at anti cheat I’m finding cheats constantly after watching replays.
