1. It dispels basics stuff, like silence etc.
2. It creates 2 illusions of yourself.
The 1st point does not made the Spec dispel your glimpse. But during activating Manta itll displace the hero for a short amount of time and then creating the illusions. This is most likely impossible to get off consistently since the timing is super tight. It might just been luck, but its not a bug.
Manta give basic dispel and make you invul and hidden for like .1 sec. In that time frame nothing can effect them unless they can bypass invul and hidden.
There is a thing called invulnerability in Dota 2 (it's like Puck Phase shift and Riki Tricks of the Trade), Manta got a 0.1 sec invulnerability, so that guy needs to be a pro with heroes that use Manta.
You should be checking replays because cheaters are rife in dota2 valve are not good at anti cheat I’m finding cheats constantly after watching replays.
