how can i buy the weather effects in dota 2? i cannot find them in the market. i really need those weather effects. any suggestions???....

Please dont spread misinformation. None of the weathers are exclusive. Dont post at all if you dont know about it, in my opinion.

On trading forums, on dota2 subreddit or dota2 trading websites. Weathers are tradeable only, but not marketable. Do not pay more than 1 to 3 euros for each, they arent worth more, and anyone asking more is lieing.
