Dota 2 with black screen, cursor and sound in background... (some solution please)

It was ok but suddenly I can't play because all I see when i run the game is a black window, the cursor and the sound, if someone has experienced this issue and has a solution, please post to us, thanks a lot.

Hey man, when does it happen?

In case that this issuse happen when you are starting dota 2, then just try to wait like 2-3 minutes after u hear that music and then press ESC few times.

Other soulution that can maybe help i am not sure but, in case that few monts ago when battle pass update was release you did that thing about removing 2 files from dota folder (intro_movie and ti10_background).

Try to do next go to Steam libary > Right click on dota 2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.

After that you can again remove this 2 files ((intro_movie and ti10_background)
If you forgot path here it is: Steam libary > Right click on dota 2 > Mange > Browse local files > Dota > Panorama > Videos > and then cut, or you can delete and save them in other folder it is the same thing, or you can just just delete them without saving and if you need them in anytime you can just "Verify integrity of game files" and you will get them back :D

Like i said i am not sure this is going to help, but you can try it.

I have the same issue as well since yesterday. Running a dual monitor set up. Could that be the issue? Then again relaunching does fix it but It's annoying that I have to force close the game.

I removed my 1080 TI from the system .. one of many NVidia graphic cards that die on normal usage .. damn and this one was a ROG Strix .. maybe NVidia intentional riding hardware to death?
