Inventory Drag & Drop bug

Greetings. I use the Razer Naga Trinity, I know Razer has a history of faulty left clickers. But I did everything to rule out the mouse as the reason for the bug. Including sending it in and getting a new mouse. Then re install windows and connect the new mouse to the pc.
The polling rate is set to 1000Hz and I deactivated all overlays I could think of. Steam, windows game bar, discord and the Nvidia one.

Here is the exact problem, when I play Dota 2 the left clicking on the hud Elements is super buggy. Stuff like the map or especially the inventory. Drag &. Drop is a real nightmare. I spend minutes to change my neutral item because it gets dropped or I suddently have one of my normal items picked up when I moved the neutral over them towards the neutral slot. Also dragging items into the quick buy slots is a real struggle. Left clicking on the map sometimes doesn’t work, so that I have to spam it to get to the clicked point. Overall it is so frustrating.

I have these problems only in Dota 2 and call of duty mw.In COD sometimes my guns stops shooting. All my other games are fine and my mouse clicks as it should, also drag and drop works perfectly on all other applications and on the desktop.

I am desperate and hope you guys know the problem and how to solve it. I am happy about every suggestion!!!

Try wether cheap mouse have this problem. Just take from any friend.

I am still/again facing this problem. But I started to see a pattern here.

The Left Click works fine until I enter the bottom HUD where the skills, inventory and Minimap are located. It is like i have to set it active with the first left click when I enter it and the second click is the one that can interact with the elements of the HUD. For example, I click on a point I want the camera to move to and nothing happens and when i click it again the camera moves. the same with the Button to get stuff delivered by the courrier. (I have set the minmap delay to zero)

But this still doesnt explain the problem with my shop and inventory drag and drop problems :(
And it still doesnt explain why this bug is only in Dota 2.

I still am desperate and need someones help.
