How to make Hero Guide with item and skill build?

So I know that you can go to http://www.dota2.com/workshop/builds to see guides, but it doesn't have a button for me that says "Create Hero Build" like the old updates used to have. However, I do also know that you can edit the item builds within the client itself and it will appear on dota2.com as a build/guide.

I also know that you can create a guide through the guides tab within the community workshop here, but I am unable to find a way to create the hero build / guide like the old days with the skill build, all it let's me do is type into a section, but no build or guide.

I can only figure out how to do the item build by editing the guide within the shop buy menu in-game. Can someone please explain how do I make the skill build and item build for a hero guide for myself?

EDIT: I'm referring to the hero builds / guides that say "Subscribe to use inside Dota 2" where it shows the item build, talent tree, and skill build. It's not just a screenshot, it's used with an actual guide. It looks similar to clicking "View" on the ones from dota2.com, but those don't let me edit.

Actually These Guide Feature is For These Who Are New @ Dota May be Did not know What To do or not, The Default One That Valve Present is For These Beggeners,
You May Find Guide By Some Legendery PLayer Like Dandi, Xbot, Krukky, Miracle-, Universe They Might Get 90% Likes, But The Guide They Post, That Will Works 100% FOr Them Cause Thats The Way And Accuricy And Ability To Control And Use It, It May Wont WOrk For You If You Dnt Have That Ability of control Like Them.
Its Rather Better To Make An Guide FOr Yourself as The Way You Play, Cause You Wont Get These Type Of Alies In Party Who Had 7/8K MMR

yea, i'm trying to make my own. i'm asking how do i make one, because i am unable to find a way to do so atm

You can Create a Hero build in Dota / Heros / Demo.

But a Skill build isnt makeable i think.. sad. I have to play my Visage item build without skill build!

bump, yeah this is lame cause most players want to mess around with builds to see what works for THEM not share a guide with whole community before they know what they like or not...no idea why the build functionality was removed...it was useful
