How to remove the phone number that already used

I have problem that i can't play ranked game coz my phone number is already used in another account. And when i use it it said that my phone number is being used. How to remove my phone number and replace it?
Sorry for bad english and i hope i will find the answer

In your steam settings

When you click find match you see this message below your solo and party mmr : "Ranked Matchmaking is active on your account via associated phone number. Remove Phone." Click on remove phone.

But a warning after removing that phone you cant use that number for another 3 months.

Is there other way? Coz 3 months is very long time?

Hack Valves computers or pray to the FSM and hope for an actual divine intervention.

simply go to settings in steam like Mojie said, change the number there and automatically the dota mmr will be linked with it, tested and proven

guys after changing my number it still says "associate phone with dota" and "ranked matchmaking requires a unique phone number associated to your dota account. guys help me here pls
