Can we report the enemy team for unpause the game all the time?

i wish we could just remove the pause entirely so this wouldn't happen.

people who can't run the game properly would learn that and maybe get motivated in upgrading their hardware.

Well, pause has some time, waiting someone for 3 minutes is fine, but what happens if the person don't come back at all? how long should the game be paused for?

exactly. we don't know that and it should not be our problem. if a player can't run the game without disconnecting or crashing, why is he playing in the first place?

edit: it ruins focus and distracts other players when pause happens. this is a competitive environment and not some rpg which you can just leave and come back to.

Apparently this is the sad way that many Dota players do, in my experience ( in Sea Server) . They unpause because they don't want to wait but when someone on their team does, they became a good angel youll never see. Free win is free win.
There is really no report button for that. they instead report the one who got dced, specially ranked games.
People tired of waiting, just really hungry for victory.
Many reasons why people but mostly about their internet connection. Not all countries has access to fast internet connections. Some just want to play casually, play a normal game to check ping then play ranked game later on.
If you put it in a general perspective, the one who dc is responsible to secure a good connection / pc to play the game.
But not all unpause. Some people just like a good game of dota.
but if you play a ranked game with an orange ping, just don't.

i can agree with that. i mean if you ONLY want to play a good game of dota, go private lobby. there you can't disturb or ruin anyone's game, you can make your own rules.

but when i play turbo i expect to have a quick match as it should be. but it suddenly becomes
2x longer because someone's hardware can't keep up.
if you can't play the game, why even try to? if you know that a dc or crash can occur but still persist queuing, you're basicly not even acknowledging that you're taking a gamble on someone else's expense.

i think lowpriority is well deserved if thats the reason you end up in there.

you took a gamble and you lost.

a lot of people in my country are playing from net cafe. they are not playing from their house like us.they have to pay money to play game. TIME IS MONEY
