Report a translation problem
Here's what I did:
1. Get a friend who plays dota 2 and has no problem with creating a lobby
2. You add him/her into your party
3. Let your friend create a custom lobby (you should be added into it)
4. Disband your party
5. Ask your friend to leave the lobby
*You should have control over the lobby right now*
What I did to make sure that everything stays good for sure, is that I played a game against default bots, won the game and let it exit naturally. Let me know if you managed to fix it :)
Tried this but after the game ended i lost the lobby
