How much money have you spent on Dota 2?
(Incase you don't know how to check the amount of money you've spent):

1. Navigate to your Steam profile
2. Locate "Badges" and press it
3. Find Dota 2 in the list and press "How do i earn card drops?" which is beside Either "[quantity] card drops remaining" or "No card drops remaining"
4. The amount of money you've spent is shown above the progression bar to the next card drop

Not in the slightest. I've played over 2200 hours, I've more than got my money's worth. There's something about Dota 2 that no other game has.

You do realise all the items you've bought are technically useless, they have no difference in gameplay...

Of course it is not a harm to spend a little for some cosmetics but spending that much... Yikes

Money is technically useless if you don't use it the way you want

Zero dollars and zero cents. This is why DOTA is the best game of all time IMO. Total i have prolly 4k hours, and I have never paid. Unbelievable IMO.

$564.60 USD, Lina and CM arcanas were gifts from friends. This also doesn't include steam community market but the money spent there isn't even 10% of what I've spent ingame.

That's only what you spend in game , not what you spend on market. a mere $2000 USD spent in game for internationals and such, over $10000 on market for items/arcanas/dc hooks throughout the years/etc.

How exactly do you get your moneys worth from a free to play game?.. By spending money, it's like paying for air..
You have to support the game, if nobody did it would close due to server costs. You pay equal to your enjoyment, and over $12000 is my enjoyment for Dota so far.

Your username is never public, so there's no way for anyone to "hack" you, also steam mobile guard is so trusted Gabe Newell gave his password and never got hacked.

That's not even the value of the account, it's just how much has been spent in the ingame dota 2 store. Also like Ruri said, it's kinda hard to hack an account you don't know the username of.

It's a good start, why not save people time by bragging about how you spent?

Between you two is around $1k worth stealing.
