Rupture item counter? Bloodseeker

I always use Windranger, then when enemy use Bloodseeker, i know that im going to be main target. Now i need a item counter. Ive read that use TP.

But im thinking to use Ghost Scepter, is it going to work? Prefer to use item that can be used again and again.

both are pure damage - ghost scepter is useless. linkens is the only true block. your next best bet (and most popular i'm sure) is to tp home. third would be blademail and get your hp higher than his so you can run while ruptured and blademail him to death (yes, it works).

TP is probably cheapest and what you can rely on in early game, but you need to remember to not use TP to move around, only use it to escape. If the BS knows you have Linkens he can break it with by casting his Q on you, then ulti.

you can outplay him with blade mail or shadow blade if you still find him as a problem just get linkin
iyou need to test things up , go to dota wiki and read to use some code to add blood seeker and windranner in a lobby give yourself gold and see what items are the best for you ands what helps you to counter him the best

Well, in the early game, normally the best counter is TP. BS normally uses bloodrite after ulti so you are silenced, and you can't move, but you can still tp.

later good counter is EULS, cause he can't attack you and he misses bloodrite.

Another good counter is LINKENS, so he misses his ulti.

LOTUS ORB, so he has rupture on himself.

AEON DISK, so you get no more damage for 2 seconds.

GHOST SCEPTER / E-BLADE, so he can't attack you, but you are still screwed, cause of silence and you can't move.

BLADE MAIL, if you have more hp than him, you just move and he will kill himself.

GHOST SCEPTER / SHADOW BLADE if your hp is not to low after rupture and bloodrite, and he has no detection, this is a good way too.

As you can see, there are many different ways.

Another way, no one mentioned is to actually play in the nude, when you get Rutured, stand up immetiately and SHAKE YOUR BOOTY.
