so in some dota 2 wtf video i've seen juggernaut running with his sword above his head, any ideas what is it?

this kinetic can be described as "holding sword with two hands", but the juggernaut from video was holding his sword directly above his head, i tried to use both of juggernaut's taunts with fireborn assault kinetic, but they didn't get me that effect. also that juggernaut had default item set (no custom sword especially), but he had fireborn assault kinetic "holding sword with two hands" effect
