What can you really do when your teammates feed?

So recently I was chilling helping my friend do some LP games. We que for our second game of the day looking to have a bit of fun. We're Brittish, So we que in Europe West finding a game full of russians, Wasn't to our surprise. However This one player really grinded my gears. I got lina, Who I consider and the pros consider to be a very strong Mid hero, This guy get's Slark, He could easily go safelane (Where he is meant to be played) Or offlane. He does... For 3 minutes before then Intentionaly feeding himself to sven. After 10 minutes he was feeding 10 couriers and the disconnected players to. I don't have much time to Play dota due to real life demands, And queing into these, Excuse me, C*unts really pisses me off. So what can you realisticly do when qued with these toxic players except waste 30 minutes of your life. (Report system is aids).

I did Report him. But the Report system really does seem to do nothing.

Well your friend's low priority it's his home, it's sad but true. I saw slark's feed, but that doesn't mean he should leave game. Even with feeders, you need to have the pride to play till the end.
There are lots of feeders on lower brackets.. you can't really stop them. Remember dota has a comeback system, and you can always win the game if you have a decent line up. He gets killed over and over again, the enemy just gets less and less gold from slark, they get higher bounty and when you kill them you get lots of gold. So feeders won't be a problem in some cases..

Don't feed trolls in game. Report and next match ... When you care about wasting 30 min of your life with a computer game, just don't play. Really, no offense. Don't expect anything, because nobody owns you anything in this game, neither Valve nor your team mates. Fortunately I have plenty of matches I really enjoy.
