How am I suppose to play Phoenix??

out of all the heroes, i feel Pheonix is too hard - i end up being underleveled, squishy, and useless cuz his abilities have the recharge rate of an ult.

How am i suppose to use him as a carry? cuz all i see him being is a support.

scissors and axe are both sharp yet made to be used differently. just because a hero can kill doesnt mean it must be a carry.

You don't, you play phoenix as a support. That's the role that suits it best.

well it sucks as support then. ive seen ppl carry with it tho, or least can jungle and be at a high level to be considered relevent.

Just because someone manages to get a high-kill game with a support does not mean the ideal role for the hero is carry.

It does not "suck" as a support. His healing/dmg ray and ulti are quite good for team fights. He's got a great escape/initiation skill too.

get lvls
ignore the heat ray
bomb with ur w and chase them down with q and kill them
she is not item dependant so just focus on getting lvls and then start killing every1

then win the game?

Phoenix is a support hero.His sun ray should have made that obvious.....

Yeah, follow this advice please. And make sure you win the game in 20/25 minutes. In any game that goes past 25 minutes, your opponent's carries will destroy you. And your team will report you for taking up all their kills instead of supporting, and then losing the end game phase.

He is really powerful if you play correctly. Build support items for him like forcestaff, urn, mek, arcane. Heal your team during teamfight with the ray skill. First skill to escape and you can chase enemy with the slow. Don't dive in the middle of clash and ult at late game cus enemies will be powerful enough to kill him before he can "reborn"
