Why isnt Razor considered a counter to Sven?

Although i am 1.1k mmr i noticed i have alot of luck playing razors against svens.
Because whenever sven tries to initiate into teamfights razor can immediately link him and sven either runs away or razor kites him until all of svens damage is gone. The link pierces spell immunity and i have never seen a sven pick up a linkens sphere over bkb. So why isnt razor considered a counter to sven?

Razor has fallen out of favor, and generally, a smart Sven (surprisingly rare) won't try to manfight a razor, he'll wait for his ult, blinkstun, then smash the crap out of Razor before he can start draining.

He is a counter, he has a favorable winrate against a Sven. Razor is an anti carry hero after all.

Well smart razor will just kite the Sven, Sven stuns him he slowed by razors passive, razor hurricane pikes Sven and then just follows him with link.

A true counter to razor is a slark or weaver who can break the link. Sven can't break it as soon as the stun is done razor will just take all svens damage. Kill Sven, then the cores then the supports with his free rapier.

I like he sound of anti-carry. Well anyway, i was just wondering because i rely alot on just shift-tabbing and looking up information on dota-pedias about how to fight or counter particularly frightening heroes and i havent seen razor get an honorable mention on sven counters.
I think Razor is a pretty cool hero.

He isn't bad against Sven or most carries for the matter, but Razor isn't exactly the best hero at moment. I mean, you can put him in the safe, mid or offlane. Kudos for his flexibility, but, in all of these lanes, there's usually a better option.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate the hero. That's my true opinion, I think he needs a rework some of his spells don't make sense for his kit, like field is counter intuitive to what he does.

I dislike him because his passive and I can't escape him and that's like every hero I play has a targetable spell and if caught out of position is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the guy.
