Keep getting matched up with low-skilled/new players..
Why? I keep losing my matches, because I get queued up with these new players.. and I keep coming up against players at my skill level. My team gets destroyed all the time, except for me. I keep doing good, but we still manage to lose some way...

Yes, by doing so, you shouldn't:
  • Use bad words
  • Curse at teammates and/or enemies because they're playing bad/good
  • Chatwheel spams, ping spams, should avoid at all time.
  • Use chatwheels to communicate (As long as the situation is very terrible where people are cursing and flaming, it's best to do so.)
  • Play as hard as you can as if it is a test to prove yourself that you can reach TI.

Those "new" players has (or) had the same behavior score and skill the same as you. Or maybe it's because their account is still fresh.

So many dumb people replying to OP's thread without a clue how DOTA2 matchmaking mechanism works.

To OP, you keep getting matched with new players or bad players is probably due to your previous high win-rate. Thus the system tries to balance the game by teaming you up with a lower win-rate players. It won't make sense if the system puts you in a team with all high win-rate players. Opponents would get destroyed that way. It will not be a balanced match.

Also, your behavior score might be very high, which Valve previously has mentioned new players would be paired with high behavioral score players, so that new players wont be put off by the toxic and bad behavioral players cursing at them for playing badly on their first/tenth game

no, this is real...
This is my point: No such thing as noob teammates. If u lose, its the whole team's fault for not doing your part in the team. Only feeders and throwers existed. Even if ur slightly better than the player in your team doesnt mean ur not at fault too. Heed this advice of mine, for only then thou can focus on improving thyself rather than blaming others and remain ignorant of thou blunder

Not possible when the Dota matchmaking system is automated and will pick the best for you and the other team. Unless it's a party.

I said that I am playing against players at my level, which makes them destroy my team.

Valve has a weird ranking/matchmaking system. What i know is that valve will match you with players not only by your skill level but also your behavior towards other players that includes commends and reports. Either your a really good sport/friendly in playing so the game matches you with the same type of people (the friendly) but they usually suck cause the less toxic players are usually the new ones or either your really toxic and get matches with cancerous people ( the toxic) with most them playing average on your skill level
