Please rework wyvern's ult..
Ever since the change to wyvern's ult in 6.86 (immunity during curse duration for affected players) this hero nearly never gets picked in the pro scene. While the duration of the curse has been buffed slightly to 4 sec at lvl 1, this doesn't really compensate for the fact that it is incredibly situational, to the point where it's not worth the risk for a team to first or second pick if they don't know what enemies they are facing. A spell as unique as Winter's Curse is bound to have pros and cons and after looking at the spell as a whole, I think it definitely needs to be reworked.

Pros:
-Good crowd control
-Great for initiation or counter-initiation purposes with a big cast range
-Easy pick offs on support heroes (low hp heroes in general)
-Long bkb piercing duration stun on the primary target with a reasonably short cd (80sec).
-Entire spell is undispellable (both taunted enemies and cursed target).

Cons:
-It completely stops a fight which can allow for resets by both teams.
-Your team does no dmg to the enemies which can end horribly if ultimates overlap. (Black hole and curse for example). Not even wyvern can deal damage which I think would be nice if she could.
-Horrible early game ult (everyone attacks too slowly and hits too weak most of the time)

-It is VERY inconsistent in terms of abilities working. This is my main issue with the ultimate. On the dota wiki page it describes in the notes that curse "Does not disable any abilities. However, most passive abilities do not affect allied units". If you curse someone such as brewmaster of phantom assassin who both have an evasion passive, they still proc against allies making it incredibly hard for the enemy team to dish out any effective dmg towards their cursed carries and basically a waste of an ult. If you curse another hero on the same enemy team however, brewmaster and pa will NOT proc crits on them. So it says that most passives do not affect allies, but basically only the ones which inhibit the ability for an effective Winter's Curse (ie. evasion). Spec's dispersion also reduces her dmg taken if she is cursed, yet her desolate passive doesn't proc even if she is the only one attacking the cursed target. I am sure there are plenty more inconsistencies but I'm sure you're getting the gist.

-Some items don't proc which I think should such as radiance and active blademail. (**Not sure if crits already proc**) but I think majority of items should be able to proc during curse.

-Some enemy team compositions make it impossible to land effective curses. Ranged heroes are the bane of Wyvern's ultimate. If there are ranged heroes attacking a structure they are rarely close enough to hit with a curse and you are probably going to get jumped by their front-liner if you try. Again, this makes Winter Wyvern very situational.

-Enemies cannot be removed from the curse taunt. While I mentioned above that the undispellable taunt was a pro, it can also be a bit of a pain in terms of pick-offs. You can't force staff enemies out of the Curse because they will always be taunted. Pudge can't even hook a target from curse as they will still recieve the 100% dmg reduction until the curse ends, not to mention they will try to run back to the cursed target.

Basically, the ultimate is way too situational as it is. While the ultimate is unique, it is incredibly situational which makes wyvern a risky pick. It can hinder your team and lose you a team fight, and precise coordination is required to make effective use of it. It provides no additional benefits then what another support can provide. All in all, no matter how many buffs it gets to duration (which is kind of a bad thing anyway as your team can't do anything for longer) and curse attack speed, the 100% dmg resistance if just too much of an off-put to pick the hero. Wyvern's playstyle is very different. If you are in a teamfight, you really can't contribute your ultimate because it may work in the enemies' favour (again, it's such a situational ultimate). You just have to q and w and watch everyone else use their ultimates, while you sit there kind of watching and waiting. I don't like that. If I feel like the ultimate can only be used to ♥♥♥♥ your team up in a fight, I don't think that's a good design for an ultimate.

Well, that's what I think anyway.

And do you realise that they nerfed it so that the curse aura didn't pierce bkb, not to mention it always applied a 70% dmg reduction to the heroes in the aura anyway. I think comparing to black hole was a bit of a stretch considering black hole does pure dmg and percentage based pure dmg with ags/midnight pulse, lasted longer at 4 sec and completely pierced bkb.
