mutation game mode

i noticed some people are playing mutation mode how are they match making in mutation
is it a console command or some bug

Set Launch Options -> -dev

Then Launch DOTA 2

Press F6 and press on Custom Lobby button, this window wil appear
​

4.1 Search -> CustomGamesSection -> visibility : collapse -> visibility : visible

4.2 Search -> MutationSection -> visibility : collapse -> visibility : visible
