Does it stun if you have abbyssal blade? I get it every match, but only now noticed that it does proc, I think. What about maelstorm procs?
What items would be good if I wish to build around my ultimate? Just won a match thanks to Medusa+MK ultimate combo, but without it, my team was just sitting on highground scared and I was just cutting waves or pushing a free lane.

Abyssal/Skull Basher proc does not work with his ult, it used to but it was hilariously overpowered. Maelstrom should work just fine though.

The sable not only allow him to get jingu, it also slow enemies in ult, instead of basher.
It also replenish your Mana gives you attack speed damage durability, cheap, no reason not to get it .

And monkey is not a farming char - he is snowballing ganking char.

yeah, I haven't found anything for farming mk on dotabuff. One guy had a battlefury, but he was against PL.
