ghost scepter and juggernaut's ultimate

I thought juggernaut's ultimate is countered by ghost scepter, but for some reason even if I use it in the middle of his ultimate, I get killed. Is there something that allows him to ignore it? Am I missing something?

It does. Even maelstorm/mjolnir shouldn't proc when he can't deliver the hit. Did you get dispelled, or just took some magic you didn't notice?

i doubt i was dispelled. pff I need to check replay then. 2nd match juggernaut just kills me through ghost sc.

just went into demo and tested this, jugg ult does nothing when you are in ghost form, he still appears to attack but it doesnt hit

did he possibly proc a maelstrom off of someone else and then it bounced to you?

probably.. thanks guys. Juggers ultimate with aghanim is a bit much to handle when you don't have good supports.
