dota 2 custom game restricted

I try to play dota 2 custom game with my friend two days ago and the internet is terrible, so i turned off the game and came back the next day.

The next day I found I can't join or create any custom game, a note read: 'One or more members of the party are restricted from playing custom games at this time."

I have no idea what's happening, so I waited for 24h and of course nothing happened.

Feeling really confused, i found some post in 2018 said it could be my account be identified as a bot, but really? I can't do anything about it?

I am also facing the same problem. What I found out was other team members can initiate the game with you to play the custom game. The problem now is we can't play solo. It's kinda frustrating because I also wanted to play the custom game solo.

This is an new account. I can't even play custom game on a new account. What is this: Custom Game Restricted error message?

what i assume is because the dota2 server problems they simply can't afford the mega resources from the arcade mode.

Since I'm in China I also tried the China version of dota2 but still not being able to play arcade mode.

i sent to steam support and this was their reply.

I also have the same issue, and i tried the following method. It works for me. " However, we've seen some users find success by trying to search for a regular All Pick match and then cancel the search right away. Afterwards, try creating or joining an Arcade game. While this has some worked for some users, I can't guarantee this will work for you."
