No skill hero shouldn't be in game when other heroes required grind and experience to play.

Buy MKB if youre a carry to kill her, buy Ghost Scepter, Aeon Disk, Force Staff, Glimmer Cape, Atos if youre a support to escape her. Watch her cry as she does nothing. PA lives on wiping out the backline, just cover your backliners and let them cc her while you poop on her team. EZ

Lets be fair.You are giving PA pickers too much credit.
Most of them dont buy BKB or know what it does.
The hero is easy to deal with anyway.Shes one of the weakest laning heros so you just crush her in early game and dont feed her.
Late game just buy mkb,heavens halberd,hex etc.
Or if you're a poor support get ghost sceptre so she cant one hit luckshot you.

there was a time in dota history when PA was actually always unseeable, she was just a circle on the ground, it was very annoying and icefrog soon removed that. PA is very weak now

I dont think it was as bad as that skill PL had that turned him invisible xd

Well was talking about PA, if it's about overpowered then probably Treant and Spiritbreaker, Treant because he could put flying owls that gave vision right from lvl 1 and those owls could stun and do good damage. Spiritbreaker because he could charge again right after hitting a target and he could gain true sight of the target plus he was not targetable when charging. He could also control the speed of the charge and make it very slow so from the fountain all way to an invisible unit like riki he was seeable during the whole charge. I guess his charge was kind of like bloodseeker thirst which brings me to bloodseeker too, his first power could silence for like 9 seconds and it recharged in 7 seconds plus his heal was a passive and it healed for 40% plus his ulti did like 200 pure initial damage and did a ton of damage when unit moved around just a little.
