It does, what it also needs to do is let players know. Take example from BattleNet. They always schedule maintance few days ahead and ALWAYS inform users. This is bullcrap. Same with removing features from BP like side shop without any note. Not to mention they can't fix issues like with Black screen on hero draft for months now. People can't reconnect on time due to new picking system and you end up in Low Prio for VALVES mistakes. As a person who worked for Game Testing Company for more than 5 years, this honestly feels like a big middle finger t the users.
