DOTA 2 TI10 SIDE SHOP - A QUICK HOW TO FOR ACCESSING IT
Use this simple instructions to access the now gone side shop to use your gold and redeem your gems

Go to Steam
right click dota 2 and select properties
in the general tab click start "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
type -console
open dota 2
press the "\" key above your enter key
type dota_show_sideshop

how about a better one?

At the Advanced Options, under Miscellaneous section, select 'Recycle Immortal Treasures for Sideshop'.
