BATTLE PASS 2020 CONSUMABLE PORTAL

After using consumable portals in a game, I've got an Immortal Treasure. But after the game, I can't find it anwyhere. Please help.

Update: In another match, I also get rylai's token. but after that match it also didn't appear.

Another update: right now, I've got that rylai token. But the immo treasure that I got still didn't reflect in my inventory

No, you do not. It has just been bugged in several patches but it is confirmed, that you receive it, as long as you finish the match and do not leave. Stop spreading misinformation to create chaos. The only problematic mode is Turbo. However, if you use it for example in unranked all pick, there should be no problem now.
