NEW Level 5 Neutral Item _ TP anywhere on the map Like Furion/Nature's Prophet

This rat mechanic has so much status in terms of him being the only one that can TP all around the map where he wants.

Make a neutral item called the crystal navigating, or Eye of Sauron, or something where you may also TP anywhere on the map for 60s cooldown, like NP level 1, TP,

This must be a Level 4 or 5 tier Neutral item, where it's only available in-game IF nature's prophet is picked, or 1/100 chance for if he's not in-game.

IF NATURE'S PROPHET is the enemy and you survive long enough to withstand and get this neutral item, we all deserve to punish Furion the same way he rats on our bases.

This will equalize the playing field, and it serves the community JUST LIKE INVISIBILITY items for heroes being purchasable,

Do the right thing. Create this new neutral.

i have the opposite issue. noobs in my games keep hoarding them in their inventories and wont send them to stash until i spam them in chat.
