Regarding inventory items
Can someone walk me through the policies( somewhat) and boundaries of inventory items?
Like can I sell them for cash anywhere? is it legal?
Can I sell them to someone and they pay via paypal and If so can I advertise on the trading sub forum if it's still a thing?
Is it ok to advertise it on reddit or anywhere for that matter?
And ultimately, what is the best move when youre not gonna play for a while and wanna bank witth he items u have ?

Edit: don't try to make any offers...I have those blocked from ppl I dont know, and don't add me for trading, i won't accept, just exploring my options.

Building a solid reputation, especially an online merchant is tough, I started with friends, friends of friends, and when out of friends I only use the Market Place here on Steam.
