Move away to other games, which are not so time-consuming, whole party-oriented, and unforgiving for someone´s other mistakes.
By far my best decision was to quit Dota 2. I am calmer as a person.
And the constant meta-changing, it is BS, game are not dull without this crap. There are many better ways to introduce new content and add depth to a game.
Dota 2 is a toxin in its best.
