Fixed matches and 40 % lose 40% win 20% impact games

I have to open this thread as i noticed there is alot of fixed matches where you can go afk and notice that you have no impact whatever you picked ,also there is a matches where you can pick ogre magi mid and win games with 20-0 ,how is that balanced and why valve is constantly balancing matches on force ,its so forced that expiriance of playing this game is ruined ,valve is more caring about balancing ranked winrate to 50% then caring about what they can offer peoples to enjoy
There is games where your team has 0-12 ,0-11 ,0-6-1 for 12 minutes and your 5-0-2
Why this fixed games are so noticeable and obvious ?
2 games in a row 4 muted team mates in team ,im not joking 4 muted guys 2 games in a row with so much possibility to drop, and i m rarely muting anyone
Is it balancing by hero damage ? If you make alot hero damage its so easy to drop you with a peoples on core who are dealing 10k hero damage, or 0,5 KDA and few wards as support ,and make you 50 % winrate ? Is it obvious
Why this system is so bad balanced

Please share this so peoples at valve can see

Well, if you have bad teammates who don't want to participate and cooperate to win the game, it's a game that's bound to lose and there's nothing you can do about that. That's true in most team based games.

Only thing that matters is your behavior score and mmr.Dont u think there are ppl who are just bad at game and sometimes they are in your team and sometimes they are in enemy team?Also if u see that u can sometimes just be afk and win and sometimes ur allies are bad so u cant win kinda rise a question.If your allies can carry you no matter how bad are u and you cant carry them doesnt it make you the problem?

I dono if u actually made this post after watching video or not,but how is having 20% of games where you impact matters is a fixed matchmaking?Its just how it is.If you are too good for ur bracket you will rank up and if u are trying to find an excuse instead of actually improving you be stuck.

Like i really dont get it.If you actually watched the video where are u questions comming from?Obviously this numbers are just random(40,40,20) and dont represent real statistics,but still main plot was focus on your own game and have as much impact as possible and instead you come here and throw bad statistics of your teammates.
