Right Click on Dota 2 Icon in Library on Steam,
Set Launch Options > type "-console" without quotes

Open Game
settings > hotkeys > advanced > right top section (define console hotkey)

Open Console and type this -->
force_leave_game_button 1

click on some buttons on top, leave game button will appear. leave game click ok. thats all.

if u want to disable leave game button again just type in console
force_leave_game_button 0

JUST CLICK ON THE ARCADE THE YOU WILL SEE THE RED BOX SAYS LEAVE GAME...CLICK THAT AFTER THAT YOULL SEE THE NORMAL MATCH MAKING PLAY BUTTON..IF THERES STILL THE LEAVE GAME BUTTON JUST CLICK IT AGAIN...THEN EXIT DOTA 2 THEN START AGAIN..THIS WILL DO..YOU CAN PLAY AGAIN
