Typically wall, then vacuum, unless you have a good stunner like Sven or Lion. Then you can coordinate vacuum first into stun, then wall.

If you don't have the wall already set, then you can lose out on the perfect ult due to cast time. But like Silver mentioned, it depends.

I usually cast wall first before vacuum. But in some cases I cast vacuum first before wall. Example of a case where I vacuum first before casting wall is when enemy heroes are near a warding cliff.

It's actually very strong hero. You can get 4 walls up at the same time, this hero can pretty much almost alone destroy enemy team, just need rest of the team to be able to push base fast after that.

not to mention insanely easy pull offlane radiant / cliff stacks
