Can't load my recent matches

I can't load my recent matches. When i click on the " + " button, and click on load more nothing happens. I tried logging in several other accounts and they all work fine but for my main account, i just cant load the matches no matter how many times i verify the integrity of game cache and relog. I also can't view my friends matches. I believe it was fine for me until something bug occured on my account. I also wasn't able to change my pro player information, and i did a relog while i was in-game and then after that my matches just wont load anymore. Or i believe there was an update while i was in the similar game that caused this bug to happen as well. Does anyone here have a quick fix i can use so i'm able to view my matches? Thanks

EDIT: I tried using my second PC to open this account and view the match history and it still won't load, but works fine with all other accounts. I also tried deleting my whole userapp data on my main gaming PC it still won't load. I'm thinking something is wrong with my "cloud files data"

EDIT: Reinstalled the whole Dota 2 folder from scratch, even disabling cloud feature it didn't help. I written over my cloud files which caused all my keys to get reset but i still cant load matches on the account. I also asked a friend to login and he can't load the matches as well.

my friends are having same issue as well. and it seems like the other threads i commented on had a few new comments saying they cant view as well. would be great if you could help me upvote the reddit thread!

This happens quite often. It seems to me like it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by itself than fix by itself. The Dota client is weird. Much like when you can see others rank medals, but not yours. You would think the servers are overloaded, but then why can you see others stats?

However, its even more weird, Valve dont have a clue, how to fix it. I mean its an old bug, so many time has passed, and they still, dont have any single clue.
