How to refund money from dota plus subscription

My subscribtion was automated continued without my prefmit and it steal money from my debit card. How to refund?

i try to request with stteam menu but they say. We cannot grant a refund at this time. In-game item purchases are not refundable if any items in the purchase have been consumed, modified, or transferred.

You do not, subscriptions are automatically recurring and you should know this. It's a SUBSCRIPTION.

You can not get refunds on any subscriptions on Steam.

Please review your active subscriptions and cancel/update them as you see fit, but do not expect a refund.

I not modify anything,and not press any keys or not buy any items with dota plus. The subscribtion was automated continued when i was offline.

Subscriptions can not be refunded, PERIOD. for typically any service.

But this dota plus, not say or not notify me that subscribtion out of date, would you like to continue it for next mounth? Why i not see it to choice right decition. And it take money in automated regim without my permit.

IT WAS WITH YOUR PERMISSION. You signed up for a SUBSCRIPTION. All subscriptions on any service are automatically paid when their period is up, Dota Plus is NOT ALONE.

Contact support, tell them what happened, they might make an exception.

at this time support not working, or their menu broken, coz every time what i trying to contact them, steam menu show to me window with this message. (try send request later.)

You can buy a single month of Dota +. That way it will not be renewed when it ends. If you bought a 1 month subscription it will be renewed. When you buy Dota + there is a button that shows more purchase options. If you press that button you can see the same purchase options only difference being that those are not automatically renewed and will end when that time has expired. You can also cancel any subscription by going to "manage subscriptions" and cancel it so it does not renew itself.

This is not true, it's done case by case. Where are you getting your information? If a child got their moms card, they would give a refund. That's just one example, simple as that.

That's fraudulency, this is not fraudulency. He signed up for a subscription, and will not receive a refund.

No. Most subscriptions in the USA (which is where Valve is based) automatically charge you as soon as the period is up. Read the terms before you buy subscriptions.
