Oh man your telling me a game with over 1m people playing is more hardcore and harder then fighers, that have a population of 5k really dedicated people who study, in a genre thats known for low retention because of difficulty?
Get out of this conversation your wrong out of the gate, have some base knowledge before you come here FYI 5k hours on dota.
This seems suspect.
Require the same mind set to learn not the same toolset tho tekken has a larger and more difficult tool set to master i used to contrast to explain how hard work is rewarded less and less the more players that are on the field.
Never played a fighting game in your life huh...
Button mashing in a fighter is like walking into enemy jungle high ground @ night when no one is on the map alone as a maiden.
I thought i'd get a conversation not oh man MOBA GAMES ARE SO complicated there not there popular because there not complicated no game can garner 1m players and be complicated because the average gamer isn't hardcore.
Holy crap can you guys at least speak to the spirit of the arguement instead of being butthurt that your game isnt the most complicated game in the universe.
So what, I have 10.5 k hours in Dota, that is 10500 hours. Now what? Listen, Dota by nature requires you to balance a lot more knowledge in your head. Dota has like 115 heros each with 4 skills minimum. That is 460 skills you need to know, cd/dps/effects etc. A lot of heroes have more than 4 skills but I said 4 just to make it easy. Then you need to know the interaction all those skills can have on each other. The possibilities are so many. Then then then. Tekken does not require the amount of knowledge you need in Dota. Nor is Tekken as complicated as Dota. So when you come running in here screaming how much more complicated Tekken is, I just told you the truth...you are wrong. That is all.
One you can play with a controller,
One you can not.
You think further than that.
I can beat people in tekken with 300 ping, thank you very much.
Dude dota2 does now have more raw knowledge then any fighter because the average character in a fighting game has 30-40 moves across 30-40 characters all of which play differently lmao man ima just ignore you do not know understand what your talking about at all i have time in both games i have far more knowledge on this then you do stop posting here you know nothing.

Lemme know when you gotta learn frame data over 700 attacks, if there highs mids and lows.
Not even gonna talk about + and - minus frames or counter hits.
Just frame data.
No combos.
Just frame data.
No Spacing or learning movement.
Just frame data.
I can go on but nevermind.
