Dota 2 Hot Keys Bug!!

Bug description: Hotkeys Item Slots Bug

Any other helpful information: I've been using they legacy keys hotkeys and as you know the default hotkeys of dota 2 on the item slots are (Z,X,C,V,B,N)

*Z - 1st item slot

*X - 2nd item slot

*C - 3rd item slot

*V - 4th item slot

*B - 5th item slot

*N - 6th item slot

And, the hotkeys I'm using on my item slots are (ALT+Q, ALT+W, ALT+E, ALT+A, ALT+S, ALT+D)

*ALT+Q - 1st item slot

*ALT+W - 2nd item slot

*ALT+E - 3rd item slot

*ALT+A - 4th item slot

*ALT+S - 5th item slot

*ALT+D - 6th item slot

So I've been experiencing this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem, whenever I press (Z,X,C,V,B,N) those default hotkeys still works even though you already have your own hotkeys that you changed.

Scenario: I was playing Invoker and my teleport scroll was at 5th item slot which is (ALT+S) on my improvized hotkey and (B) on the default hotkey, I used the euls combo on Invoker and as you know the legacy key for defeaning blast is (B) and I spammed letter (B) on keyboard so spamming (B) which my teleport scroll was on 5th item slot that (B) is the default hotkey for 5th item slot then I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ TP'ed right to base so I wasn't able to cast defeaning blast so I died because enemy team was right there, this thing not only works on teleport scrolls but all items that are castable on any item slots when you press the default hotkeys (Z,X,C,V,B,N)

SAME ISSUE!! ichange 3 item hotkeys, then i tested pressing V and then nothing happened after changing the rest of my item hotkeys, I tried pressing V. it auto buys TP scrolls.
it always happen when I play invo.
