my opinion being a guy who has a life, not a loserr like most people here. i think it takes to long to find matches, too long to pick heros, too long to wait for creeps to spawn, and lacking surrender vote i dont like, and i disilike the comeback mechanics i heavily like snowball mechanics which help promote the match ending.
i got a life, so i don't have time to play dota2 any more.

also no one plays captains mode, and surrender still would be lacking in ranked or normal queue. so u gotta sacrifice playing the real game, to get that, not a good trade off in my opinion. still too many other things wrong overall.
There is a "FF option." Just leave the game.
Alternatively, if you don't like being matched with 4 random people then join or create your own party.
If time is an issue for you then try playing Turbo.
You have this option too. Play Captain's Mode in custom. Better yet, if you want to be like the pros then join or create your own league team. You don't have to have 10k MMR to play amateur e-sports. Hell, my kid is captain of an amateur league team.
I agree with this. To much time consuming, every match takes 40+ minutes.
