My download speed flactuates from 300kbps to 1kbps, it sucks.

Help me guys, i dont know how to fix this problem, i tried changing the download region, but it does not work. i have to update the game , 7.00 has been released.

When i open my steam, the download with start at 100kbs then will to the maximum speed of 300kbs, afterwards it goes down to 1kbs, then goes to 200kbs ,then goes back to 1kbs again and so on.

Get better internet. I have 200mb and I downloaded it in 10 mins 6 hours ago. :)

not viable, if 200mb will still flactuate up to 1 kbs then it's useless.

I have same problem, after download 100% it said:
An error occurred while updating Dota 2 ( corrupt update files) : C:\....\pak01_080.vpk

I tried many times, but still failed

Took me 10min when it first came. How fast is your internet? Do a speedtest
